Installation Monitoring 

Virtually all roofing systems are only as good as the procedures utilized by the installing contractor.  Most contractors are quality conscience and desire to provide their customers with a quality product. 

However, this is not ALWAYS true, and how are you to know if you are receiving what you paid for?   

Installation monitoring, whether it be the presence of a full-time inspection professional or unannounced spot inspections allows for a trained professional to observe the practices and procedures employed at the time of installation and monitor the progress and acceptability of the workmanship. 

If the process is acceptable, you have the peace of mind in knowing everything is being done to give you all you paid for and deserve.   

If the practices are unacceptable, you can be notified and take corrective steps before it is too late.  

This service is generally incorporated along with other services such as a complete roof consulting services package which will assist you throughout the evaluation of any existing roofing system, decision making process and installation specification development.
