Quality Assurance Inspections 

Upon completion of a newly installed roofing system, how are you to know you got what you paid for and will the new roof be expected to perform as you were assured? 

This question is best answered by having a third party Quality Assurance Inspection.  Prior to final payment being made to a contractor, make it a provision of the contract that a third party is to inspect, evaluate and sample the new roof to confirm contract compliance. 

PFRI Services provides this type of service to a number of private clients and manufacturers of roofing systems.  Before a manufacturer issues a warranty, they want to know the condition of the newly installed roof and want to know if any incomplete details or improper installation procedures were employed. 

A Quality Assurance Inspection looks beyond the visual appearance, deep into the content of the roofing system.  Many roofing system products look very similar but perform in much different ways.  Get the assurance of knowing that the premium quality products you paid for are in fact within your roofing system.

 You can receive the same assurance that roofing manufacturers do by making this inspection a part of the contract with the installer.   By doing so you can increase your chances of a quality roof installation significantly.
